Tech corridor on Highway 7, wide driveways in Cornell and Berczy, historic Unionville — Markham is a natural fit for mobile repair. Your driveway is my workshop.
Markham is one of the fastest-growing parts of the GTA and one of the most car-dependent. The tech corridor along Highway 7 and 404 employs thousands of people who commute daily. Cornell, Berczy, Angus Glen — newer subdivisions where almost everyone has two cars and a wide driveway.
That driveway matters. The newer homes in Markham have flat, paved driveways with good access all around the car. It's honestly one of the better environments I work in — better than shop parking lots sometimes. I show up, set up, and work without fighting for space.
There's also a lot of European car ownership in Markham — BMW, Mercedes, Lexus. Dealer service for these vehicles costs a lot of money for routine maintenance. I do the same work with the right tools, OEM-spec parts, and actual knowledge of these platforms — for significantly less.
What comes up most when I work in Markham:
European car maintenance costs. BMW and Mercedes owners in Markham get quoted $800 by the dealer for brake service on a 3-Series or C-Class. The parts are expensive but the labour markup is obscene. I charge fairly and use the right parts for the job.
Pre-purchase inspections for Kijiji and Facebook buys. Markham sees a lot of private car sales. Someone in Cornell finds a good deal on a used Lexus in Unionville — or a BMW from a private seller on Highway 7. I inspect it before money changes hands. I've flagged blown head gaskets, hidden accident damage, and upcoming $3,000 repairs on cars that "ran great."
Highway 404 and 407 commuter wear. Markham commuters put a lot of highway miles on — the 404, 407, and 7 are all major corridors. Brake and suspension wear on higher-end vehicles is constant. Pads on a BMW X3 or Mercedes GLC need attention more often than people expect.
All services available on-site in Markham. What I'm called for most often:

Yes. European vehicles are common out here and I work on them regularly. I have the right scan tools for European diagnostics and use OEM-spec parts. Dealer pricing for these cars is brutal — I'm significantly less for the same quality work.
That's exactly what pre-purchase inspections are for. I come to wherever the car is — seller's driveway in Cornell, a parking lot in Unionville, doesn't matter. Full 150-point check and a written report. $180, and it's saved people thousands.
Absolutely. The newer subdivisions in Markham have wide, flat driveways — honestly some of the best working conditions I deal with. Ideal for on-site repair.
Typically 40–55 minutes depending on traffic. Highway 407 when it's worth it, 401 otherwise. For planned jobs I prefer morning bookings to avoid the worst of the rush.
I cover the entire Greater Toronto Area:
